You can seed different seeds in Ark Survival Evolved, some of the seeds depends on the crops size. You will find the seeds by harvest bushes around in the world. You can craft all the crops in your inventory, when you have learn them.

Fertilizer and water
When you have plant the seed then it also need water and fertilize to grow. You can bring water by using Water Jar or you can connect the Crop plot to the water by using pipes. To fertilize the seeds, then you need a compost bin or you can use the human feces/animal feces. To use the Compost bin, then you place 50 Thatch and 3 feces, then it will craft 1 fertilizer.
