What things do the user first look for before they choose to buy the product and so on.  This is about creating a map of what the user look for before they choose a certain product or service.  This can varies depending on what type of product it is but here are some examples.

1. Gathering Information, Phone, Reception, Website, Flyer, Social media, Poster,  The Store, Price, Security.

2. Preparing, Products, Package, Transport, Weather.

3. Physical location, Parking, Signs, Map of the location, Open Hours, Make sure to display the opportunities on the physical location,  First Hand Expression

4. Reception, Sensory input, Sound, Light, Odor,
