Disable comments for some or all public post types. When disabled. existing comments Will also be hidden on the frontend.
- Click on Tools in the WordPress left side admin bar.
- Then select Enhancements.
- Click on Disable Components.
- Locate the Disable Comments option and enable or disable it.
- Click save changes.
