Disable REST API access for non-authenticated users and remove URL traces from
HTTP headers and WP RSD endpoint.
- Click on Tools in the WordPress left side admin bar.
- Then select Enhancements.
- Click on Disable Components.
- Locate the Disable REST API option and enable or disable it.
- Click save changes.
