How To Enable/Disable Weapon Dynamic Blur FragPunk

Adds motion blur effects for weapons in first-person view.

1. Click on the settings icon, right bottom side in the main menu.
2. Click on Video.
3. Locate the Weapon Dynamic Blur option and change it.
