How To Enable/Disable Vsync TES IV Oblivion Remastered

Locks frame rate to monitor refresh rate to reduce
visible screen tearing.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on the graphics icon.
3. Locate the Vsync option and change it.
4. Click F for apply changes.
