How To Enable/Disable Vsync Atomfall

Toggle the use vertical Sync, which when enabled will limit maximum
frame-rate tot he refresh rate of your display, to reduce screen tearing.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on display.
3. Locate the Vsync option and change it.
