- Open VS Code.
- Click on File.
- Then find Preferences -> settings.
- Click on the Text Editor in the left side menu.
- Locate the Unicode Highlight Invisible Characters Setting.
- Check or uncheck: Controls whether characters that just reserve space or have no width at all are highlighted.
