Enable custom ordering of terms from various “hierarchical” taxonomies. A new “Term Order” sub-menu will appear for enabled post type(s) with at least one such taxonomies. Terms listing and checkboxes in wp-admin will automatically use the custom order.
- Click on Tools in the WordPress left side admin bar.
- Then select Enhancements.
- Click on Content Management.
- locate the Terms Order option and enable or disable the option. Click Expand and choose the terms types you want to enable ordering for.
- Click save changes.
