- Open VS Code.
- Click on File.
- Then find Preferences -> settings.
- Click on the Text Editor in the left side menu.
- Locate the Sticky Scroll Scroll With Editor Setting.
- Check or uncheck: Enable scrolling of Sticky Scroll with the editor’s horizontal scrollbar.
