- Open VS Code.
- Click on File.
- Then find Preferences -> settings.
- Click on the Text Editor in the left side menu.
- Locate the Snippets Code Actions Enabled Setting.
- Check or uncheck: Controls if surround-with-snippets or file template snippets show as Code Actions.
