- Open VS Code.
- Click on File.
- Then find Preferences -> settings.
- Click on the Text Editor in the left side menu.
- Locate the Smart Select: Select Subwords Setting.
- Check or uncheck: Whether subwords (like ‘foo’ in ‘fooBar or ‘foo_bar’) should be selected.
