How To Enable/Disable Reduce Tinnitus Sound Black Ops 7

Tinnitus sound from concussion and flash grenade shellshock is replaced with a more dull, murky sound.

1. Click on the settings icon.
2. Click on audio.
3. Click on audio.
4. Locate the Reduce Tinnitus Sound option and change it.
