How To Enable/Disable Permanent Health Bar Atomfall

Toggle whether or not health bar displays permanently or contextually. When contextual off health bar only displays when below full health.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on Accessibility.
3. Locate the Permanent Health Bar option and change it.
