- Open VS Code.
- Click on File.
- Then find Preferences -> settings.
- Click on the Text Editor in the left side menu.
- Locate the Parameter Hints Cycle Setting.
- Check or uncheck: Controls whether the parameter hints menu cycles or closes when reaching the end of the list.
