How To Enable/Disable NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency Eternal Strands

NVIDIA Reflex is used to reduce system latency
which increases PC responsiveness.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on graphics.
3. Locate the NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency option and change it.
