How To Enable/Disable Motion Blur TES IV Oblivion Remastered

Toggles Motion Blur.
Disabled motion blur makes it easier to see moving
objects, while enabling it makes their movement appear
more realistic.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on the graphics icon.
3. Locate the Motion Blur option and change it.
4. Click F for apply changes.
