How To Enable/Disable Hit Marker Visuals Black Ops 7

Display a hit marker in the screen center when a target is hit successfully.

1. Click on the settings icon.
2. Click on Interface.
3. Click on Gameplay HUD.
4. Locate the Hit Marker Visuals option and change it.
