How To Enable/Disable Crosshair Dot Black Ops 7

Display a single dot in the center of the screen. Can act as a fixed anchor to alleviate motion sickness.

1. Click on the settings icon.
2. Click on Interface.
3. Click on Gameplay HUD.
4. Locate the Crosshair Dot option and change it.
