How To Enable/Disable Chatter Subtitles Avowed

Whether to show subtitles for nearby character
chatter. Does not affect full conversation dialogues.

1. click on settings.
2. click on UI.
3. Locate the Chatter Subtitles option and change it.
4. Click apply changes.
