Some themes and plugins add resources via a PHP request. Caching these pages may improve server performance by avoiding unnecessary PHP calls.
- Click on litespeed cache in the WordPress admin side bar.
- Then click on Cache.
- Click on general Cache.
- Locate the Cache PHP Resources and change it.
- Click save changes
