- Open your WordPress backend.
- Click on WooCommerce -> Settings.
- Then click the Accounts & Privacy tab
- locate the Retain Cancelled Orders option, from the dropdown select Days, Weeks, Months, Years. And the input how much time in the input field.
- Scroll to the bottom and click save changes.
