How To Change Gameplay Music Volume Modern Warfare 3 2023

Go to modern warfare 3 main menu.
Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
Click on the Audio button.
Locate the Volumes and click show more.
From here locate the Gameplay Music Volume option and change it.
