How To Adjust Reticle Position Borderlands 3

Set the position of the reticle. This option applies to all reticles in
the game, including Vehicles and Action Skills.
Lowered: Position the reticle slightly lower, allowing a greater view
of the world.
Centered: Position the reticle in the center of the screen, showing
off more of the weapon.

1. Click on options.
2. Click on gameplay.
3. Locate the Reticle Position option and change it.
