- Go to modern warfare 3 main menu.
- Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Click on the Graphics button.
- From here locate the Custom frame rate limit option, this you can set in custom or unlimited. If set in custom click show more , then you can choose max gameplay, menu and background fps.
