How To Enable/Disable Vsync Gameplay Black Ops 7

Limits frame rate to match the refresh rate of the monitor while in gameplay.
Select a value lower than 100% to cap the V-Sync to a fraction of the monitor frame rate capacity. (E.g.
50% of a 120hz monitor will limit V-Sync to 1/2 of its full capacity, i.e. 60hz.)

1. Click on the settings icon.
2. Click on graphics.
3. Click on display.
4. Locate the Vsync Gameplay option and change it.
